Elaine is proud to help on the footing.

The foundation goes in.

With the groundwork plumbing in, framing begins with the crawlspace
posts and beams. Notice the notched foundation at the top of the
back wall.

The joist rest on the notch and go flush with the top of the wall.
Usually the joist rest on top of the wall.

The recessed floor joist lowers the house by nearly a foot allowing
this to be a no-step entry home.

This was the biggest mess of trusses I have ever had to put together.

But we got them up like they belonged.

Roofs done, rough-in plumbing done and so is mechanical.
Just the roofing and electrical and we're ready to rock!

Winston prepares for front concrete work.

Curved sidewalk is ready to pour.

Exterior porches and sidewalks are stamped and dyed.

Exterior is complete except front stonework which may the Wiggins may wait until the Spring to install themselves.

Time for Craig to go to work on the finish carpentry.
